This is the Graboids newest modification.  A 5.3 Liter Gen III "LS1" Chevy .

It will replace the tired AMC 360      

9/17/06  Today I separated the engine harness from the body harness.  The donor was a wrecked 1998 Camaro z28.  I used a pinout diagram from here, and the haynes wiring diagram to tack down what needs to be kept.  It will be running a bare bones set up. 

Check here for the Sensors and wires that were kept.  Where I live we have no emissions testing so the EGR, AIR, Rear O2 sensors, and Cats will be removed.  I will be running a th400 transmission that requires no computer control, so all of the pcm inputs and outputs for the transmission were also removed.  Lastly, cruise control, AC control, Traction Control and ABS were also taken out.
